A small well appointed unit, in a low rise building of eight units, with Surf Beach just across the road. The ground floor unit comprises an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge-room. From here French windows open onto a veranda and garden. A small hallway leads to a main bedroom and a smaller room with a sofa bed and desk. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It's interesting to observe the constantly changing weather conditions across the sea towards the Tollgate Islands. These conditions mean that even on the warmest day, the seabreeze helps to keep the unit cool. And sometimes you might even spot the occasional whale from the veranda. This is a no-smoking facility, and is not suitable for children.
