Bruny Island is accessible by ferry, from Kettering, which is a 25-minute drive south of Hobart.
The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one bedroom with a double bed and single bunk over, bathroom with toilet, lounge/dining room and a well equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, bench plates, wall oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The lounge has a television, DVD player and stereo. In addition there is a sun room at the front of the home.
All linen and towels are provided. There is a laundry which has a front-loading washing machine, a toilet and shower. There are barbecue facilities in the well maintained landscaped gardens and undercover parking is provided. There is also an area suitable for parking a boat or trailer.
