Given the mixed reviews, I was hesitant to try long chim but came away pleasantly surprised. Prices certainly aren't cheap, but comparable to Thai restaurants of similar quality (e.g. Chin chin and red spice road) but differ in that you can expect less fusion and more tradition. Three sauce fish, banana roti and the green curry were standouts. We go the banquet. Service was fast and pleasant, and staff were knowledgeable.
