Peaberrys Coffee Roasters is Newcastle and the Hunter Region\u2019s first coffee roaster. Backed by a generation of experience in coffee, Peaberrys today has become synonymous with quality and creating a fresh, innovative approach to coffee excellence. Adrian Rigon established Peaberrys Coffee Roasters in 2000 to bring speciality coffee to the region. Adrian\u2019s passion for coffee was inspired by his father, who operated a coffee wholesaler business in the local market throughout the 70\u2019s, 80\u2019s and 90\u2019s. Adrian was captivated by coffee culture through his travels to Europe, North America and regular return trips to his family roots in Melbourne. From selling bags of coffee at the original Newcastle Honeysuckle Growers Markets to opening a roastery and cafe in New Lambton and outgrowing the caf\u00E9 to relocate the roaster to Tighes Hill, Peaberrys has organically grown as a first choice coffee brand. Today we\u2019ve grown into our new, open plan coffee cellar door in Islington, Newcastle.
